The hotel is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang shopping area, offering a great location for exploring. The rooms were adequately air-conditioned, which was beneficial during my stay, especially when navigating through the lengthy pathway to the car park and shopping center. Although the service wasn't as friendly as expected, with delays in assistance, the efficiency and helpfulness were commendable. The dining options were limited to light salads, but the facilities were well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms are spacious and shared bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel is reasonably priced, boasts a fabulous location near major shopping complexes, has a large swimming pool, a self-service laundrette that is reasonably priced, and the staff members are courteous and helpful.

The timeshare rental I stayed in Nov 2007 had a room with a fantastic view of the Petronas. The room was spacious, consisting of a large single-sized bed and a divan by the window, with just a bedroom and a small bathroom, lacking a kitchen or lounge.

My stay at Berjaya Vacation Club was mixed. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making it a shopper's paradise, but the rooms lacked internet connectivity. The service, although friendly, was not always responsive. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities met the basic requirements. However, the overall value for money could be improved.

Staying in a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms at this hotel was great for those planning to be out all day and just need a place to crash at night. The renovation of the rooms was a nice touch, but navigating through a long, creepy pathway to reach them might not be everyone's cup of tea. Room service for food isn't a strong suit here, so keep that in mind.
